Scott F Jensen, Principal
With over 20 years of industry experience, Scott's career has been divided between management, teaching, and consulting roles. Receiving a Logistics Engineering degree, Scott began his career in resource management.
As a Lean Systems Implementation expert at an automotive tier-one supplier Scott was fortunate to spend time at a Toyota facility and complete the Toyota Production System, Management Training. Adding to this knowledge he later became a certified Thinking Process Jonah with the TOC Center.
Now, in a teaching and consulting role at Weber Sate University and Control Point, Scott’s areas of specialty include Constraints Management and Lean Manufacturing.

Robert E. Fox, Distinguished Lecturer
Co-Author of The Race, Blue Light!, The Theory of Constraints Journals, and Profitability With No Boundaries: Optimizing Lean, TOC, and Six Sigma, Robert Fox is widely recognized as one of the world’s foremost experts on Continuous Improvement practices.
After spending years in the East, studying Japanese Management methods, with the likes of Dr. Taiichi Ohno, and others, Mr. Fox returned to the U.S. and soon met Dr. Eli Goldratt. Combining the best of all methodologies, including Dr. Goldratt's breakthrough thinking, they developed the Theory of Constraints.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Larry’s career has been divided between management and consulting roles. Receiving Masters Degrees in both Business Management from the University of Idaho, and in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Kevin Fox, Senior Consultant
Co-Author of Blue-Light!, Kevin Fox is also managing partner of Viable Vision LLC. He first began working with TOC and Eli Goldratt in 1985.
He has particular expertise in complex multi-project environments. A graduate of Yale University, Kevin has directed more than 25 successful implementations using Critical Chain, acheiving unbeleivavle improvments. These have encompassed a broad array of environments, including new product development, MRO, Research, construction, IT, and ETO. |

29 years working in health care organizations with a broad based educational background and is the author of Applying Quality Management in Healthcare, a 2011 acedemic text.

As a former director of Operations Excellence & Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) for Sanmina-SCI Corporation-LRS Division, Russ conducted scientific studies on the efficacy of CPI approaches, which was later published in a groundbreaking article, The Continuous Improvement Trio. |
