Day one: Students will participate in a role play computer simulation, Introduced to the basics of TOC and apply it to the computer simulation. Analysis of second simulation.

TLS 208 - System Improvments In Healthcare
32 Hour Online Course
The workshop consists of 32 hours of information delivery, with some minor assignments and periodic quizzes required.
For the convenience of working professionals, this workshop is offered as a combined synchronous / asynchronous workshop. Participants will spend a scheduled 2-hour twice a week in an interactive online classroom environment via any personal computer, with live instructors. The remaining course instruction will be delivered, at the students convience with and a combination of video streaming and other learning media.

TLS 401/402 Critical Chain Project Management
